Home Care Assistance offers multiple career opportunities:

Careers at HCA

Program Directors (Social Workers/ Human Service Managers): Our Program Directors primary responsibility is to ensure the staffing and prompt client care service delivery. Each client/family member will have a scheduled in home meeting with our program directors to confirm client satisfaction.
Field Supervisors: Our Field Supervisors have responsibility for the in-home supervision of the certified nursing assistants and direct support workers as well as on-going assessment and management of client situations/problems related to service provided.
Registered Nurse: Our nursing staff completes a comprehensive nursing assessment to ensure that each client’s Plan of Care addresses the needs of the client and family.
Certified Nursing Assistants/ Direct Support Workers (CNA’s/ DSW’s): Our direct support team provides one on one quality in-home personal care services to each client. The direct support team follows the Plan of support outside by the RN and Service Mangers.
